A family friendly beach vacation with unique shopping, live music, and a great variety of restaurants minutes away in Barefoot Landing. For the golfers, there are a number of beautiful golf courses available within a 15 minute drive. This oceanfront condo was recently renovated and features all the luxuries of home with an unmatched view and access on the first floor.
Windy Village A7 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Free shaded parking is available directly underneath the condo, and an adjoining pool and grilling areas. The unit is centrally located and only a few minutes to unending family entertainment and seafood.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free wireless internet for streaming, and cableTV. The oceanfront living room features a sofa and a futon that’s great for kids to sleep. Living area also includes patio door access to a relaxing oceanfront balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed with ocean view, while the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The condo is well equipped for cooking family meals. The kitchen includes an air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, sufficient cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, glassware, and flatware. There is a full service Food Lion grocery store just 5 minutes away.
Other things to note…
-This rental does not allow pets in the unit, but there are pet spas or kennels within 5 minutes, which allows for convenient pet pickup for beach walks with your loved ones in the mornings and afternoons. There is a $500 fine for any pet entering the condo.
-Guests are allowed 2 vehicles, car or truck, and please display your issued parking passes. However, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed per the HOA.
-Linens price is factored into the final price of stay. Per the linen package, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets and blankets for each bed. Please bring your own blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
-The pool opens in spring and stays open till November.
-Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and wants to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us. We are able resolve most issues over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc.
-This unit does not allow smoking of any kind. Evidence of smoking will result in fines.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
