Accounting Services
Our friendly accounting professionals work to provide you the most accurate and up-to-date accounting information available. Through access of your online OwnerWeb account, you can view your reservations, monthly statements and year-end preparation documents in real time, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. We also send a 1099 at the end of the year.
- Ensure guest rent payments for owner properties are recorded and deposited in accordance to state mandated guidelines
- Calculate and distribute monthly rental proceeds to owners
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements of booked reservations, income received, and expenses incurred for an owner properties
- Collect and pay appropriate sales and use taxes assessed to guest rentals of owner properties to state and local entities
- Provide owners with year-end IRS mandated tax reports and statement of income and expenses for their properties
- Process appropriate refunds that may be due to guests on behalf of owners
