Located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, Xanadu I offers guests a beautiful view of the beach! Xanadu D3 has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with large flat screen TV, ocean views from the balcony, free parking for 3 cars, and free WIFI.
Master Bedroom has a King bed with new firm mattress, new bamboo flooring, large flat screen TV, a private restroom and oceanfront balcony access.
Second bedroom also features a King Bed with a new firm mattress, NEW bamboo flooring,32" flat screen TV and attached restroom with shower (also accessible from hallway).
Third bedroom has 2 twin beds with new firm mattresses, flat screen TV, and attached restroom with tub/shower combination.
Owner provides Beach chairs and umbrella. Please bring back to condo after use, so the next guest may enjoy this amenity as well.
Xanadu I has a sparkling outdoor swimming pool and is just a short drive from the Main Street area where guests can shop at local boutiques, have dinner at several locally owned restaurants, and enjoy a small amusement park (open Memorial Day to Labor Day).
Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals homes, and the surrounding areas. They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist!

Our properties are completely non smoking.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted at Xanadu I.
Pets are not allowed in Xanadu I.
Do not store items in hall area out front of unit as this is a fire hazard.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.
Please note that there are 7 steps in order to get to the elevator.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Stay here every year. One bathroom was down whole two weeks told it would be fixed that first week. Second week unit below comes up
And says other bathroom is leaking down on them. It was reported but we didn’t hear back. So we were down to 1 bathroom

The place is very nice. A little disappointed that one of the showers (in the kid's room) was not functional due to a leaky base (there was a note requesting it not be used). Overall, the place was clean and pretty much as it looks in the photos. The view from the balcony was splendid! Quick access to the beach was wonderful. Great vacation for us! Glad this rental was available.

The vacation rental had a weird smell when we arrived. At first glance the condo is nice. You can tell they are working on updates. However, we had several issues at the condo: light in bedroom didn’t work, dresser drawer was broken, WiFi was unreliable, departure directions contradicted each other (paper vs email), tv volume in main bedroom didn’t adjust to name a few.

we had a nice time. The condo was well stocked, in a great location, spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to watch the waves all day. My kids loved the 4 flat screen TV. My only negative was someone staying nearby was smoking weed, and the scent would drift onto the balcony.

Been traveling to North Myrtle Beach for over 20 years. SCV has been our best experience yet, especially MONICA. We were updated with COVID concerns, we were made aware of all changes in the Condo and area and Monica even went above and beyond and gave information specific to our family! The oceanfront location was great. The room was dated with what appeared to be incomplete attempts to update - like counters not connected to walls, doors that don’t shut/lock, etc. Our biggest issue was the neighbors - one with 5am dog barking and the other with nonstop weed and cigarette smoke that blew into our room from the patio.

We were pleased with our stay at Xanadu. We have used homeAway many, many times before but always had direct contact with the owner, not an agent representing the owner and were reluctant to use them. In the end they were responsive and attended to each question quickly. Very comfortable stay. Watched a whale for about a 1/2 hour from the balcony....beautiful.

I was lucky to get a relatively last minute reservation for a place on the beach to celebrate my own and my granddaughter's birthdays. While the Atlantic coast does not have my favorite beaches, the convenience of our condo made for an enjoyable time. We had plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for me and 3 girls (ages 15-24). We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Rental company promptly responded to our requests.

We generally stay in North Myrtle Beach because it is close to restaurants and attractions but not overcrowded. Xanadu has only 4 floors and it has a very good view of the beach. The inside was a bit dated and the furniture was on the cheap side, but the place was clean and very functional. Everything was in working order. There was a nice little pool and easy walking access to the beach. Parking was ample when we were there. Two cars were allowed per condo. Be aware that you will have to climb about seven steps to get to the elevator. As always, read the contract documents as to what you will need to bring for your stay and what your responsibilities are. Our condo fit our family very well and we would definitely consider coming back again.

After traveling 9 hrs we were pleased to find the rental unit ready for us with no waiting.staff at SC was helpful on our first rental with them and addressed minor issues immediately. Unit was satisfactory for our family.

The ocean front condo was great, we have stayed here before, just a different unit. This unit was a little run down. One of the twin beds was not fit for sleeping in at all and one of the king beds were very uncomfortable. I would suggest updating the mattresses as well as the linen package we purchased. Blankets were thin and we were shorted one. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Outdoor carpet was torn up in several spots, probably should be replaced.

Nice accomodations. Great to see the balcony door was replaced as it was hard to slide last year. Only complaint is that the ice najer still didnt work so had to purchase/make ice. Very nice stay overall. Slept 6 comfortably.

We were disappointed in the rental. The 3rd bedroom shower was still a problem and we lost and entire day because of the plumbers. We never received a call from anyone saying the plumbers were coming. We don’t even know who contacted them. We think it was the neighbor below cause his kitchen had water pouring through the ceiling.They had to return 2 more times. The microwave was broken and taped shut. There was a small countertop model available. The internet was soooo slow and the tvs
reception were not the best. Our beds were not made when arrived. The cleaning company left shrink wrapped bedding and towels for us to do
ourselves. After driving all day to get there, I didn’t appreciate having to make 4 beds! This was supposed to be our vacation! The location was good.. we found clothing under one of the beds so we assume the cleaning company doesn’t clean under the beds.
